Foundry group selects Thilman Filippini

The country's leading metals-casting association, the American Foundry Society, has named Thilman Filippini its endorsed brokerage/consultant for insurance and managed risk. The endorsement amounts to a recommendation to AFS member firms seeking competitive property and casualty coverages or more cost-effective programs of Managed Risk.

Thilman Filippini's specialized expertise in workers compensation, safety programs, loss control and aggressive claims management were cited as the primary factors in AFS' endorsement.

Founded more than a century ago, AFS now has more than 10,000 members (both companies and individuals) in 47 countries. It provides the industry a wide range of education, management and technical support through seminars, publications and legislative advocacy.
